A journey that began from the ground up and ended with a legacy that extends into the future.
From the heart of Doha, at a global event uniting the world around sustainability and the green economy, Saudi Arabia presented a pavilion that embodied its green vision and offered an inspiring model of innovation and creativity.
This is where First Mover’s journey began, turning this exceptional participation into a success story we are proud to have shaped from its very first moment.
The project began from a blank site, an empty plot that, through planning, vision, and integrated effort, became the largest participating pavilion at Expo 2023 Doha. An architectural and artistic work that expressed the Kingdom’s identity and global contributions to sustainability.
Our team developed the architectural and creative concept of the pavilion, ensuring an immersive visitor experience that blended visual beauty, meaningful messaging, and modern technology.
From there, we built the overarching strategy for the participation, setting the foundation for all operational, creative, and marketing details that followed.
A project of this scale required precision and coordination across dozens of teams and entities.
We developed the organizational structure and committees, defined roles and authorities, and built the media and protocol framework. We also crafted the overarching participation strategy, structured around four key pillars derived from the Kingdom’s values and sustainable resources.
We designed a full calendar of events and activities covering the entire duration of the expo and launched the pavilion’s digital platforms and website, ensuring the digital presence became a seamless extension of the on-ground experience.



Drawing on our experience in global expos, we designed a detailed operational plan that included:
• Managing the visitor journey from entry to exit
• Preparing operational, emergency, and field-training plans for the Saudi team
• Providing technical and operational consultation to contractors
• Delivering regular performance reports to ensure quality and consistency
Every step in this phase reflected a unified team effort, driven by responsibility, expertise, and shared vision.







One of the standout successes of the pavilion was the wide range of events celebrating Saudi culture and its green landscapes, each designed with world-class creativity, artistic direction, and execution.
We developed every event from concept to implementation: from 3D visualizations and creative design to directing and executing live experiences.
Even the food products and giveaways were designed and shipped from Saudi Arabia in the pavilion’s identity, each detail telling an authentic Saudi story.
In an age where impact extends beyond physical space, we ensured the pavilion’s presence reached audiences worldwide.
We created and managed the pavilion’s official digital accounts, developed a publication and content strategy, and highlighted the Kingdom’s environmental and green-economy initiatives.
Among the most notable campaigns was #PassToTheFuture, launched during the AFC Asian Cup, a campaign that generated remarkable engagement by linking national pride with sports enthusiasm while promoting the Saudi Pavilion throughout the expo.
Since the pavilion represented Saudi Arabia on the global stage, we began by crafting a fully integrated identity rooted in authenticity and renewal.
Through meetings with decision-makers, we developed a logo inspired by the Saudi palm, symbolizing growth and generosity. The logo was shaped in a circular form that represents life, renewal, and sustainability.
We also developed the pavilion’s audio identity, original compositions that blend traditional Saudi instruments with modern rhythms, creating a bespoke soundscape that embodies both innovation and modernity.

Our production team accompanied the project from day one, documenting every milestone.
We produced promotional and cinematic films showcasing the pavilion’s beauty and the spirit of Saudi Arabia and built a comprehensive media library updated daily.
We also developed a visual documentation book, capturing the story of the Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2023 Doha through artistic, creative, and immersive visual storytelling.
