Over three days in Jeddah, First Mover delivered a seamlessly orchestrated experience for the Water Sustainability Innovation Conference. 

Guided by precision and operational expertise, our work began with approved 3D designs and comprehensive planning, followed by permits, safety clearances, and full site readiness ahead of schedule.

We built and equipped the main stage and exhibition areas, deployed advanced technical systems, from sound and lighting to interpretation and live-streaming, and completed all operational tests well before the event opened. Throughout the conference, our team remained fully engaged on-site, ensuring consistent support and a smooth experience that reflected the event’s significance.
