In 2024, First Mover led the execution of the fourth Water Research Community Conference in Abu Dhabi. Drawing on our established expertise in high-level event management and a precise operational framework, we oversaw every stage to ensure a seamless experience that reflected the conference’s stature and the significance of its contributions to the water sector.

1- Design & Planning
Guided by the creative brief for the conference and its accompanying exhibition, we developed and approved detailed 3D layouts and designed all project applications, formulating a complete and aligned project vision.

2- Fabrication & Setup
We produced all components, shipped them to the venue, and completed safety procedures and certifications required to confirm full site readiness.

3- Conference Operations
We prepared the venue in full, conducted all technical and operational tests prior to launch, and supported the client and participants throughout to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated experience from the opening moment.

4- De-rigging & Evaluation
We completed site clearance and delivered a comprehensive analytical report to inform and enhance future editions of the conference.
