In a partnership shaped by shared vision and steady collaboration, First Mover supported the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission across a diverse set of initiatives. Our work spanned people, processes, and presence, starting with building the right teams, developing audience-driven campaigns, producing artistic content, documenting major moments, and managing the Commission’s pavilions at key cultural exhibitions.
Alongside this, we developed the visual and communication frameworks that continue to guide the Commission’s identity and external voice.
1- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
The process began with alignment sessions to understand the Commission’s needs, followed by a full recruitment cycle, from defining roles and screening candidates to interviews, background checks, and onboarding. The result: capable teams ready to deliver with confidence and clarity.
2- Campaign Development & Management
We built and managed campaigns anchored in strategy and insight.
This included:
3- Creative Production
First Mover produced the visual-musical piece “Ahd & Majd” for Saudi National Day 94 an artistic work built around three poetic scenes celebrating heritage, culture, and renewal.
The piece blended modern visuals with Saudi folkloric elements and featured distinguished poet Jassim Al-Sahih alongside rising Saudi musicians, resulting in a work that resonated deeply with the occasion.

4- Coverage & Documentation
Our media team delivered full coverage, from photography and videography to content writing and social media documentation. We ensured all permissions were secured, and every moment was captured with clarity and intention.
5- Pavilion Management at Book Fairs
First Mover oversaw the full execution of the Commission’s pavilion at Riyadh’s International Book Fair, from initial planning meetings to define objectives, through the careful design of an interactive space that reflected the Commission’s identity, including the “Literature Cloud,” and on to the technical setup and day-to-day operation by a specialized team. The pavilion received strong positive feedback from both visitors and the commission for delivering a distinctive and engaging experience.
We held initial meetings with the Commission and developed a clear concept for the pavilion’s design, reflecting its identity while ensuring practicality and dedicated spaces for activities.
The pavilion was equipped with screens, sound systems, and interactive tools to deliver an engaging visitor experience.
We appointed a dedicated team to manage the pavilion throughout the book fair, comprising commission staff, the PR team, and activity supervisors. Our role included training the team to welcome visitors, provide clear and accurate information about the commission and its initiatives, and manage activities efficiently. We also coordinated and assigned roles across visitor reception, workshop facilitation, and oversight of promotional materials.
Our team provided daily coverage of the pavilion, capturing activities through photography and videography and building a comprehensive media library of the events.
6- Communication & Media Guidelines
In collaboration with the Commission’s team, we developed a set of specialized guides to support internal workflows and vendor management—ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all communication touchpoints.
7- Artistic Direction & Visual System
We crafted an artistic direction inspired by hand-drawn elements, the Commission’s three sectors, and the elegance of Arabic letterforms.

Across all deliverables, First Mover moved with expertise and intention, and these projects came together within a unified and integrated framework in a collaboration whose impact is reflected in the finest details…
