In this project, First Mover led the organization and on-ground operation of Gamers8, one of the most dynamic and high-engagement zones. The project required meticulous management of visitor journeys, seamless crowd flow, and the coordination of interactive experiences that strengthened the event’s identity and elevated audience participation.

As the world’s largest esports festival, Gamers8 marked a defining moment in Saudi Arabia’s growing esports field. Our team delivered full operational management across key zones, implementing global standards tailored to the fast-paced gaming community.

We enhanced the visitor experience, optimized operational efficiency, and ensured smooth movement across all high-traffic areas. Our responsibilities also included comprehensive crowd-management oversight, continuous evaluation, and workflow development supporting the event’s ability to attract diverse audiences and activate the “Move to Game” initiative within an integrated sports environment.
