The Desert Truffle Festival was held at the historic Irqah Hospital in Riyadh and executed within a remarkable timeframe of just seven days. The project involved preparing the entire site, from lighting and installations to experiential elements, while ensuring a distinctive visitor journey enriched with artistic, cultural, and interactive activities that highlight the significance of desert truffles in Saudi heritage.

From the first idea to the moment of opening, our teams worked with steady determination and unified purpose, transforming the festival grounds into a vibrant experience that  blends organization, content, and the details that make a real difference. Design & Planning:
We transformed the concept into a clear vision through a comprehensive creative brief, developing 3D layouts and defining every detail of the visitor experience from start to finish.

Fabrication & Build:
We took over the site from scratch, completed all required government permits, fabricated all components and installations, and transported them to the venue, ensuring the highest standards of safety and aesthetic quality.

Festival Launch:
We prepared the full event space and completed final testing within just 12 hours, enabling a seamless visitor experience with immediate and professional on-ground operation.

Closure & Evaluation:
We completed dismantling and site cleanup and delivered a comprehensive analytical report reflecting performance insights and recommending future enhancements for upcoming editions.
