Project Overview

The Intellectual Property Consulting Clinics (IP Clinics) project was delivered as part of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property’s efforts to foster innovation and raise awareness of intellectual property rights across the Kingdom. The clinics provide specialized services through three core tracks: guidance and mentoring, consultations, and technical support.

Our role focused on delivering integrated communication and internal engagement services that strengthened the clinics’ presence, shaped their public image, and ensured clear, accessible messaging for diverse beneficiary groups.

Scope of Work

Our team covered a diverse set of services, including

  • Creation of creative content
  • Copywriting and editing services
  • Artistic production
  • Marketing campaign
  • Annual reports development
  • Development  of communication plan and marketing strategy for the IP Clinics

Methodology

1-Research & Analysis
Given the relative novelty of intellectual property concepts among many audience segments, our work began with a comprehensive research and analysis phase that included:

  • Assessing the status of the clinics
  • Analyzing local and international competitors and benchmarks
  • Understanding the nature of the consulting services and their scope
  • Identifying beneficiary groups and their needs

2-Communication & Marketing Strategy Development
Since strategy serves as the guiding compass for any successful marketing effort, we developed the following:

  • A clear and unified messaging direction for the clinics
  • Consistent communication mechanisms across all channels
  • Key principles for building a strong, credible, and trustworthy brand image
  • A strategic framework enabling the clinics to present their services in a balanced tone that is both professional and engaging

This strategy became the primary reference for all subsequent activities.

  1. Marketing Plan Development
  • We interpreted the strategy into detailed, actionable plans based on:
