Marketing Campaigns for Publishing Programs
At First Mover, we were pleased to deliver the full scope of work for the project “Marketing Campaigns for the Publishing Programs,” where we aimed to craft a distinctive success story in partnership with the Literature, Publishing & Translation Commission.
Objective
To strengthen the Commission’s presence, represented by the Publishing Sector, and highlight its key programs:
- The Literary Agent Program
- The Digital Publishing Program
- Books for All Initiative
Services
1- Strategic Planning & Framework Development
This included:
- Building program strategies and plans aligned with approved pathways.
- Defining target audience segments and identifying their key characteristics.
- Developing content plans based on the strategic directions and audience profiles.
- Creating execution mechanisms and monitoring workflows.
2- Pavilion Preparation
This included:
- Developing creative concepts for the campaigns.
- Identifying the essential components for each campaign.
- Producing scripts and scenarios for creative outputs.
- Preparing storyboard layouts.
- Developing production plans and timelines.
- Executing video production phases (pre–during–post).
- Designing key visual elements, including graphics, infographics, and motion designs.
- Archiving all visual and written outputs.
The Literary Agent Campaign “Your Path to the World”
A marketing campaign highlighting one of the publishing sector’s most impactful initiatives. The literary agent serves as a vital link between authors and entities that utilize their intellectual work, including publishing houses and production companies.
Through “Your Path to the World,” we aimed to spotlight the agent’s role as a bridge that enables authors to achieve their goals and expand the reach of their work.
- The campaign was built on four core themes:
- The relationship between the author and their works.
- The relationship between the author and their needs.
- The relationship between literary agencies and authors.
- The relationship between the author and the world.
From these themes, the campaign’s central concept emerged under the slogan “Your Path to the World.”
Services Delivered Within the Campaign
Local Participation of the Publishing Sector
- Developing 3D designs for the Business Zone pavilion at the Riyadh International Book Fair 2024.
- Full execution of the pavilion, including the stage and interactive screens.
- Creating and delivering all pavilion content, designs, videos, printed materials, and promotional assets.
- Producing promotional content for social media, including visuals, videos, and digital invitations.
Creative Direction & Branding
- Developing creative direction and branding for several initiatives and programs under the Publishing Sector.
- Designing website interfaces for these initiatives in line with the approved visual identity.
Creative Direction & Branding
- Developing creative direction and taglines for several publishing sector initiatives and programs.
- Designing the web interfaces for initiative websites in alignment with the approved visual identity.
Coverage & Post-Production
- Executing filmed coverage of the sector’s participation in events through a professional photography team.
- Delivering all post-production work, including editing, color grading, montage, sound design, and mixing.
- Producing and exporting high-quality content tailored to the requirements of approved publishing platforms.
Monitoring & Performance Reporting
- Building and developing comprehensive periodic performance reports for all outputs.
- Providing ongoing follow-up and continuous development of workflows.
