First Mover played a key role in managing the Commission’s presence at both the Riyadh International Book Fair and the Jeddah Book Fair. Across ten days, our team delivered a fully integrated experience that reflected the Commission’s cultural mission and strengthened its visibility across two major national events.

We oversaw the complete operation of the Commission’s pavilion, from design and execution to content activation and visitor engagement, highlighting the Commission’s sectors and initiatives throughout both fairs.

 We also managed the Business Zone, a dedicated space designed to support collaboration between literary agencies, local printing houses, and government partners, creating opportunities for consultation and partnership across the publishing sector.

1- Design and Planning

Based on the pavilion’s creative brief, we began developing the 3D layouts, getting the final approval, and producing all internal and external screen content to ensure a cohesive visual and spatial experience.

2- Fabrication & Build

Our team fabricated the pavilion’s components and shipped them to the site, in parallel with securing the required Health & Safety Certificate before installation.

3- Operation & Supervision

We prepared the pavilion in full, conducted all technical tests 12 hours before opening, and trained on-ground teams on digital content and visitor engagement ahead of the fair’s launch.

4- Closure & Evaluation

After completing dismantling and site restoration, we delivered a comprehensive analytical report providing insights and recommendations for future book fair editions.
