The Seafood Festival at Roshn Waterfront was executed in a remarkable 13-day timeframe. Despite the absence of any pre-built infrastructure, we successfully developed a complete experience from the ground up for the event’s first-ever edition, from crafting the identity and spatial design to full operation and experience management.

1- Design & Planning
Guided by the event’s creative brief, we developed a complete visual identity for the Seafood Festival and secured its final approval.

We then produced fully integrated 3D layouts for the visitor journey, along with all event applications and content designs, each crafted to reflect the festival’s maritime character.

2- Preparation & Fabrication
After obtaining all required government permits, we prepared the entire waterfront site for the event.

This phase included fabricating creative elements and signage, constructing kiosks, installing lighting systems, and equipping the venue with the highest safety and security standards.

3- Festival Launch
Within just 12 hours, the site was prepared for opening and all final tests were completed.

We facilitated smooth visitor entry, supported participating food vendors and restaurants, and ensured integrated crowd management while operating every experience with precision and efficiency.

4- Closure & Evaluation
We completed full dismantling and site restoration, delivering a detailed analytical report that highlighted key successes and outlined opportunities for future enhancement.
